All our 'Open' courses, including those for accredited first aid training, are delivered at our dedicated training venue:  Pulse South Coast Ltd, Bentley Wildfowl, Harveys Lane, Ringmer, BN8 5AF. Occasionally, we may use a different venue for certain courses, and this will be communicated during the course booking, especially if it involves our medical event cover or patient transport services.

Facilities:

On your course, you will be provided with tea and coffee making facilities along with biscuits. Since we are located in a rural area, we recommend bringing your lunch for the day. A microwave and fridge are available on-site for your convenience, especially if you need to store items for accredited first aid training. Additionally, our venue is well-suited for medical event cover, and there are patient transport services nearby. If you need to head out, there's a garage approximately a 10-minute drive from our venue.

What is required from you:

We have a dedicated car park located about a 300m walk from the training venue where we offer accredited first aid training. There is no additional cost to use this parking. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any personal loss or theft while you are on our premises or attending our training courses. Additionally, for those needing medical event cover or patient transport services, we advise you to keep your personal belongings safe at all times.

All of our accredited first aid training courses have a minimum training time of six hours a day. We often advertise a course as seven hours to include break times. Occasionally, it may be necessary to extend the scheduled times, especially during medical event cover, but any adjustments will always be discussed with the group on that day. Additionally, our patient transport services ensure you're well-prepared for real-life scenarios.
